Lucie Grebenova
My work is centred around the power of the subconscious mind and the belief that meaningful change often begins with reconnecting to ourselves more deeply. Through Quantum Hypnosis and Reiki, I offer a calm and supportive space for self-exploration, insight, self-awareness, and personal growth, with a focus on internal patterns, emotional wellbeing, and inner connection.
Before this path, I spent many years working in the private service sector supporting celebrities and high-profile individuals in high-pressure environments. During that time, I witnessed how the demands of modern life can gradually disconnect us from ourselves, often manifesting as emotional and physical strain. Approaching burnout, I made the decision to walk the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain — an experience that profoundly shifted my perspective and led me toward holistic and subconscious-based work.
Alongside my current practice, I am undertaking clinical hypnotherapy training, which is further deepening my understanding of inner processes and personal change. My intention is to support people in reconnecting with themselves more deeply, creating greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
